Darcy, you’re such a strong, intelligent young woman. Thank you for opening up as you do, it’s admirable and so helpful to those who suffer from PTSD. Blessings for a spectacular new moon✨
Thank you for sharing your story Darcy. Keep moving forward and shining your light. 🕯️ I’ve been able to work through PTSD and come out the other side drug free. Everyone finds their own way. Former nurse and trauma survivor. You’re doing amazing work and congratulations on your book. Great achievement. 🌿
Thank you for sharing such an emotive chapter from your book. Your experience and words will undoubtedly go on to help others. Your courage to express and share is going to have such a rippling effect. 🤍
Darcy: thank you for sharing this so transparently and with such eloquence. I was absolutely transfixed on the pages that you wrote because I saw myself there. I have chronic PTSD and a host of other mental health disorders. Not to mention chronic illness. When you said you woke up sad went to bed sad and had nightmares and flashbacks, I just nodded my head in solidarity.
However, it’s not all doom and gloom, and I thank you for providing the fact that you were able to get help and rise above these illnesses, which provides hope for others. Your writing is appreciated and does not go unnoticed. Many congratulations on your book. Such a proud achievement. 💫
Thank you for taking the time to read and to share your experiences Nicole 🙏
